What is laminated glass?
Laminated glass, also known as laminated glass, is glass made by sandwiching one or more layers of organic polymer intermediate film between two or more pieces of glass.
-
Production process:
Fill and apply one or more layers of organic polymer intermediate film, such as polyvinyl butyraldehyde film (PVB), between two or more pieces of glass. After special high-temperature preloading (or vacuuming) and high-temperature and high-pressure processing, the glass and intermediate film are permanently bonded together, forming laminated glass.

Features
1. Safety: When subjected to external impact, it has extremely strong compressive strength. The intermediate film can resist continuous attacks from weapons such as hammers and chopping knives, and can prevent hurricanes and earthquakes. This feature is also used to manufacture bulletproof and riot glass. Even if the glass breaks, it can still remain intact within the original frame without producing splashing glass fragments. Effectively preventing the occurrence of fragment injuries and penetrating falling incidents, ensuring personal safety.
2. UV protection: Effectively blocks nearly 99% of UV rays from entering without losing visible light, preventing indoor decorations and furniture from fading and aging.
3. Noise reduction: It can effectively absorb sound waves and reduce noise pollution.
